1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
2. How to Start a Return

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't working correctly, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — you will not need to ship the item back.
4. Non-Defective Returns
If you'd like to return an item for a reason other than a defect (e.g. changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
