Shipping policy

At InstantPresso, we want to be upfront about how and when your order will arrive.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 8-9 business days from the date your order ships, for customers in the United States and Canada. Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee — occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier volume.

3. Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping on all orders. Any applicable promotions will be reflected at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after it's first issued.

5. International Shipping

6. Delayed or Missing Orders
